MUSE etc.
I forgot to write about this so here we go.
Right, so on Friday George and I were picked up from school and drove straight to Nottingham, which took almost 4 hours because of bad traffic. When we got there we ran and got changed, and then drove to the Nottinham arena to see MUSE.
So, I don't really like MUSE very much, but it was either that or stay at H&E's house with my mum and Michele, and it wasn't actually that bad. VERY squashed, but I expected that, and it stank of smoke and sweat. We were a few rows from the front (not that there were rows as such) but didn't have a great view because of very tall people in front. I was glad it wasn't some band I really liked, or I would have been extremely pissed off...but then again if it was, I would have got their earlier, or if not physically forced myself to the front.
The next day, we went into Nottingham, which was good, and I bought a Blondie cd which is actually better than I expected! We also took a well good photo of the four of us in a photo booth, and I have had 'ready, okay, here we go!' in my head ever since. Then in the evening, the adults went out for a meal and we watched a film (or half of it in my case, before I got too disgusted my it and went upstairs) and then took loads of webcam photos until about midnight when they got back.
On Sunday, we played a lot of Gamecube, ate lunch and returned home.
It was a good weekend though :)
